Blanco Bathroom Remodeling: The Dallas Owner’s Guide
A full Blanco bathroom remodel in Dallas typically runs $9,000 to $28,000 installed, depending on the scope, whether you’re keeping the existing layout, and which Blanco components you’re replacing versus refinishing. We stock compatible Blanco faucets, sinks, and trim kits on our trucks, and most rough-in issues get diagnosed in a single visit. Homeowners usually call us when a Blanco fixture has failed at the cartridge or flex line, or when they’ve decided the vanity and surround that came with the house are no longer worth working around.
For most Dallas houses built between 1985 and 2010, Blanco fixtures were installed as part of the original builder package. By the time we get the call, the finish is pitted, the ceramic cartridge inside the handle has scored itself into a drip, or the pop-up assembly in the sink is so corroded it won’t hold water. Some of those jobs are a simple part swap. Others are better served by pulling the whole fixture and starting the bathroom over. Curtis Lane has seen enough of both to tell you which one you’re looking at in the first ten minutes.
Which Blanco Models This Applies To

Blanco doesn’t stamp model numbers on the outside of their bathroom fixtures the way they do on kitchen sinks. You’ll need to pull the H-and-C identification tag off the supply line or look for a laser-etched code on the underside of the spout body. That code tells us which series you have: the older Blanco America lines, the Blanco Diamond single-lever, or the Euro-style Blanco Classic. Each series uses a different cartridge size, and they are not interchangeable. If you buy the wrong cartridge on your own, it will either not seat or it will leak from the base of the handle the first time you turn the water back on.
On the sink side, Blanco bathroom sinks are almost always undermount or drop-in vitreous china or ceramic, 17 to 20 inches in diameter, with a standard 1-and-3/4-inch drain opening. That’s a common spec, which means you can pair a Blanco sink with aftermarket drain assemblies from brands we install regularly, including Moen and Kohler. Our position on OEM versus aftermarket is simple: if the replacement part touches water under pressure, we recommend OEM Blanco. If it’s a drain collar, a tailpiece, or a P-trap, a quality aftermarket part does the job for less money and we’ll tell you that up front.

Signs Your Blanco Bathroom Remodeling Is Failing
- The faucet drips even when the handle is closed hard. This is almost always a scored ceramic disc cartridge. Blanco cartridges are ceramic, not rubber-washer, so tightening the handle does nothing. The fix is replacement, not force.
- The finish is flaking or pitting around the spout or handles. Dallas water runs moderately hard, and years of mineral buildup will lift the PVD or chrome finish. Once the base metal shows through, refinishing is not worth the cost. Replace the fixture.
- The sink drain backs up within seconds of running water. In Dallas slab foundations, the drain run under a bathroom floor is often long and nearly flat. That’s an installation condition from the original build, not a Blanco defect. We clear it, and if it repeats, the fix is re-sloping the run or replacing the drain assembly.
- Water seeps around the sink rim where it meets the countertop. The original silicone bead has dried and separated. Blanco undermount sinks rely on that bead plus mechanical clips. When the bead fails, water gets into the countertop substrate and starts swelling the particleboard.
- The pop-up stopper won’t stay up or down. The brass linkage under the sink has either bent or corroded. This is a ten-minute repair with the right linkage kit, and it’s one of the most common Blanco parts we keep on the truck.

AfterReplacement Cost & What’s Included

A complete Blanco bathroom remodel in Dallas falls in the $9,000 to $28,000 range. The spread comes down to three things: whether you’re gutting to the studs or working within the existing footprint, whether the plumbing rough-in needs to move, and which materials you pick for the surround, floor, and countertop. A straight fixture swap, Blanco faucet and sink only, with no tile work, lands at the bottom of that range. Moving the drain or water lines, replacing water-damaged subfloor, or converting a tub to a walk-in shower pushes toward the top.
| Scope | Typical Installed Range |
|---|---|
| Blanco faucet and sink replacement only | $900 – $3,000 |
| Small bathroom remodel, existing layout | $5,000 – $12,000 |
| Full bathroom remodel, Blanco fixtures and tile | $9,000 – $28,000 |
| Walk-in shower conversion with Blanco trim | $4,500 – $12,000 |
Every price we give in Dallas is a written line-item number before work begins. That’s The Garrison Standard, and it means no number moves at the door. The written quote includes parts, labor, disposal, and the permit when one is required. And every completed Blanco bathroom remodel carries the 365-Day Done Right Promise: if something fails inside the first year, we come back and correct it at no charge.
DIY or Call Us?
There are a few things you can safely check yourself. Confirm whether the shutoff valves under the sink actually turn. Find the identification tag on the supply line so you know which Blanco series you have. Note whether the drip is hot, cold, or both, because that tells us which cartridge seat is scored. Those three facts save you a second trip charge.
What you should not do is pull the cartridge without a cartridge wrench sized for your Blanco model, force a stuck shutoff valve, or cut into any wall or drain line without knowing what’s behind it. That’s how a $300 cartridge replacement becomes a $3,000 repair. If you’re not certain, call us at (903) 326-8963. We’ll tell you straight whether it’s a quick swap or a full remodel, and the estimate is free either way.
FAQs

You can expect 10 to 15 years from a Blanco bathroom faucet in Dallas, less if the house has hard water and no softener. The ceramic cartridges themselves often last longer than the finish. Call (903) 326-8963 and we’ll give you an honest read on whether yours is worth repairing.
Yes, if the leak is from the cartridge or the O-rings and the finish is still intact, we repair it. If the finish has failed or the body is cracked, replacement is the cheaper long-term move. We’ll show you the pitted surface and the replacement cost side by side before you decide.
A straightforward Blanco faucet and sink replacement takes one visit, usually 2 to 4 hours including draining the lines and testing under pressure. If we find wall damage or bad drain slope, the job extends. We’ll tell you before we start, not after.
We keep the most common Blanco cartridges, aerators, drain linkages, and pop-up assemblies on our trucks, plus compatible Moen and Kohler trim for mixed-fixture bathrooms. Less common Blanco series parts are ordered direct and arrive within a few business days. Call (903) 326-8963 and we’ll confirm we have yours before you book.
No. The price we write before work starts is the price you pay, unless you ask us to change the scope. If we open a wall and find hidden damage, we stop, show you what we found, and give you a written change order before we touch it. That’s the difference between a Bradford Remodeling job and a crew that re-prices at the door. Straight number, real scope, no surprises on delivery day.
